What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Van Salesman
Fluent in Malayalam (Preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
UAE general trade market knowledge and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and executing efficient route coverage
Ensuring product availability in stores
Focusing on KPIs like sales per call, effective coverage, and more
Building strong relationships with customers through daily visits
Reporting on performance and making strategic improvements
