Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and meeting customers (HCPs)
- Reviewing sales performance and developing Marketing plans to achieve objectives.
- Monitoring and analyzing data and market dynamics to identify competitive advantage.
- Key accounts and Stakeholders Mapping.
- Developing regular interactions.
- Providing market feedback to the company.
- Managing properly company’s resources and insure working within the SOPs and compliance framework
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.
- Bahrain Experience is a must.
- Experinece in Diabetes and CVS therapeutic area is a must.
- Has the understanding of healthcare systems and patient flow in relevant market.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong Presentation Skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Minimum 3 years Experience in the same position.
- MOH Experience is preferred.
