We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our growing tourism company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the tourism industry, with a proven track record of leading teams to success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tourism professionals to achieve company goals.
Oversee daily operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and enhance customer experiences.
Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, and other partners to create and manage tourism packages.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and training to improve skills.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
Assist in budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for the team.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the tourism industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for clients.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Arabic (preferred).
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to handle unexpected challenges effectively.
Sales: Proven sales experience, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue.
