McDermott Hiring for HSES Advisor Job at Doha Full Time

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that HSES communications received from HSES Managers or Operations Manager, are brought to the attention of all employees. Interface with onsite client representative as required
• Regularly inspect the work areas and validate the deliverables of direct reports
• Accountable for upkeep and readiness of all ERT related equipment
• Ensure all HSES notices, posters, signs are current and correctly placed
• Participate in JV walkthroughs and develop presentations
• Liaise and co-ordinate with NKOM security team to ensure QFAB deliverables are fullfilled
• Coordinate and assist with incident notifications and investigations including compilation and submittal of completed reports in a timely manner.
• Execution of HSES Activity plan as per established schedules/frequency.
• Carry out critical subcontractor evaluation and monitor as relevant.
• Initiate, coordinate and record emergency drills, ensure a post drill review/de-brief is conducted and make recommendations for the improvement of their effectiveness.
• Monitor environmental issues at the work location and liaise as necessary with Environmental Coordinator.
• Facilitate periodic HSE Campaigns and ensure effective participation by operations
