Job Summary
This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional makeup services, building a loyal client base, and achieving sales and service targets while supporting the salon management and team in the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Documented professional development throughout your career is preferred.
• Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in performing makeup services on a luxury cosmetic counter.
• Proven sales record on high-end brands.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering customer excellence.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Sales-driven with the ability to achieve targets and demonstrable sales and retail experience.
• Ability to work cohesively with other employees as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and understanding of client confidentiality.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work evenings, weekends, and national public holidays.
• Good understanding of hygiene best practices.
• Must adhere to salon standards of exceptional personal grooming, representing the Urban Retreat brand to the highest standards.
