Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Matcha Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our tea room. The ideal candidate will manage staff, handle daily tasks, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the daily operations of the Matcha Cafe.
– Manage and supervise staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
– Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, scheduling, and ordering supplies.

Candidate Requirement
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a cafeteria or similar establishment.
– Preferably of Asian background with knowledge of Japanese, Chinese, or Korean cultures.
– Proficiency in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean languages is a plus.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
