Loyalty Manager Full Time

Functional Accountabilities:Design and develop new loyalty program features and benefits by ideating creative offerings that drive guest visitation, enrollment, engagement, satisfaction, and longevity with the brand.Identify and lead the development action plan with the IT team (UX / UI & developers) to create a guest centric Loyalty program.Analyze and track guest progression across their lifecycle from acquisition to advocacy. Surface insights & Plan interventions that can increase customer lifetime value, share of wallet, engagement frequency, and stickiness.Work closely with Marketing, Technology team to develop and maintain policies and procedures for key aspects, such as data privacy, reward, fraud prevention, complaints and service standardization while ensuring compliance across all involved departments and partners.Manage cross-functional stakeholders and buy-in across the organization so that loyalty is fundamentally embedded into workflows, culture, and collective vision. Act as an enterprise-wide ambassador for the loyalty program.Ensure key stakeholders are up to date with product knowledge and research on global loyalty programs especially within the Retail Industry.Drive increased purchase value, frequency, and lifetime value across all our sales channelsOversee the design, development and launch of a robust customer loyalty program to recognize and reward our most engaged customersContinue to test and refine loyalty programs based on results and insights into changing customer needsEnsure profitable management of the proprietary reward programs, optimizing reward mix, pricing, data & technology processes, while contributing to the maximization of the lifetime value of portfolios and achieving revenue and profit targets for the current fiscal year KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field, master’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in Loyalty Program Management, Campaign Management and Marketing Communication, Brand management, Advertising, and preferably within the following sectors: FMCG, Retail, Telecommunications, Consulting, Travel & Hospitality, E-Commerce nor banking.Ability to translate strategic vision to practical deliverables leveraging a customer first mindset.Set-up programs in the loyalty systemPossess strong creative thinking/problem-solving skills to identify member needs.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.Ability to understand the needs of a diverse user base and identify opportunities to fill those needs.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and influence decisions.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Must be fluent in Arabic Language as well as English Language.
