Looking for Expert Trainer at Intermediate (Experienced non manager) Full Time

Job Description and Requirements
We are looking for a talented expert trainer specializing in vocational, pedagogical, and power skills training. As an expert trainer, you must be observant and have excellent analytical skills. A good trainer can use alternative training techniques to cater to various individuals. As a vocational expert trainer, you are responsible for teaching students the skills they need to succeed in their chosen field, secure a job, and become self-sufficient members of society.

Responsibilities

Deliver/ provide training courses in vocational training institutions using various teaching and training methods.
Design hands-on lesson plans that keep students active and engaged.
Prepare training materials for programs.
Provide homework assignments, develop study guides, and provide lists of resources.
Create performance exams that allow you to evaluate the effectiveness of the training and the progress of students to determine which information needs further teaching/ training.
Prepare and maintain student records, including attendance, grades, and behavioral reports.
Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.

Qualifications/ Skills

Excellent knowledge of learning methodologies, training, and facilitation techniques.
Excellent training and facilitation skills.
Expertise in mastering the full training cycle.
A passion for education.

Education, Experience

Expert Trainer specialized in vocational training

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree in the following fields, Civil, Architectural, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering, or a related lot.
Previous working experience as a vocational trainer/ teacher for at least 3 years in the following fields, Civil, Architectural, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering or a related field
Courses in training.
Expert Trainer specialized in pedagogical and power skills training
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or higher degree in education, curriculum, instruction, or a related field.
Previous experience as a trainer/teacher for at least 3 years in the following fields, Education, Entrepreneur, Power Skills, or a related field.
