Description and Requirements
HR Learning & Development Manager for AP Geo focused on Consulting, Needs Analysis, Program Design and Management, Implementation and Evaluation of Learning Programs in alignment with AP GEO Business Priorities, AP HR Priorities and aligned to Global HR Priorities.
This includes Sales Skills Development, Leadership/Manager/HIPO Development as well as other Learning & Talent Management related activities that may be required.
. Execution of the Annual Sales Capability Development plan for AP
. Capability Needs Analysis for PCSD Sales across AP
. Design & Development of Sales Capability Development Solutions in partnership with Individuals/Teams inside the Organization as well as external Vendors / Consultants
. Deploy Capability Development Solutions – eLearning (micro/mobile learning), Webinars, Classroom etc.
. Deliver internal learning solutions and interventions
. Evaluate impact of learning – direct (Employee) and indirect (Business) impact
. Continuously improve operating model to increase efficiency and effectiveness
. Partner with internal and external individuals, teams and organizations
. Desired: MBA / Equivalent with recognized Certification/Qualification as a Trainer/Facilitator/L&D Manager
. 12-15 years of experience in HR/L&D/OD/Talent with at least 5+ years in Sales Capability Development.
. Accomplished L&D/OD Facilitator with experience in managing/delivering Leadership Development Interventions
. Designed and Delivered Sales Capability Development solutions themselves
. Strong Program Design & Management Skills
. Facilitation and Training Skills (including Virtual Training)
. Performance Consulting & Stakeholder Management
. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
. Coaching Skills and Certifications in OD/L&D Tools will be an advantage
.Fluent in Japanese and business English
. Must currently reside in Japan
