Based out of our location in Stuttgart, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to support two Executive Directors in working and travelling globally. The ideal candidate builds relationships internally within Lenovo and externally with partners, customers and suppliers and with key interfaces across the globe in order to proactively facilitate the business in support of the ED.

Very visible and high profile role dealing with a wide range of business critical customers, suppliers and key contacts to the Lenovo business. Ensure the ED’s office operates in a streamlined and successful manner. The job reports to ED directly. Key interfaces are both internal at all levels within Lenovo and external.
