Job Description
- Identify potential customers, reaching out to them through cold calls.
- Utilize scripts to present our services to possible customers and ask questions to learn what their needs are.
- Inform the customer of how our services can best address those needs.
- Maintain an updated customer database, including names, phone numbers, and addresses.
- Direct calls to other departments as needed.
- Keep a detailed record of all calls.
