Summary
Actsin a senior capacity for Ambulatory Care Representatives. Performs the duties of an Ambulatory CareRepresentative.Essential Responsibilities and Duties
2. Responsible for scheduling, assigning workand modifying schedules to meet changing requirements and circumstances.
3. Guides and trains Ambulatory CareRepresentatives. Assists withorientation of new employees.
4. Assists with performance appraisal ofAmbulatory Care Representatives.Responsible for evaluating and counselling to enable subordinates toimprove their performance.
5. Ensures the availability of equipment andmaterials.
6. Responsible for the preparation of periodicactivity reports.
7.Responsible for assisting in the selectionof applicants for jobs within the department.
8. Responsible for providing trainingschedules to new employees and educating them about the departmental policiesand procedures.
9. Follows all Hospital related policies andprocedures.
10. Participates in self and other’s education,training and development, as applicable.
11. Performs other relatedduties as assigned.Education
Bachelor’sor Associate Degree/Diploma in an Administrative field, English Literature, or otherrelated discipline is required.Experience Required
Three(3) years of related experience with Bachelor’s or five (5) years with AssociateDegree/Diploma is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)
