Our Architectural, Interior and Building System solutions supports all aspects of specialty consulting to include asset management, economics, business development and scientific advancement for our government, commercial, institutional, and industrial clients, across diverse markets and services. Based from our office in Dubai, we are seeking Architectural Specification Writer to support projects on large-scale developments touching a number of markets such as Premium residential, ultra-luxury hospitality, Grade A Office buildings, Healthcare, Data Centers, Transportation (Rail), Airports, Utilities and Infrastructure In this role you will demonstrate: ? Ability to compile and amend project specifications based on project requirements, RFI response, material submittal review & substitution request ? Assist the design team in reviewing detail drawings and material callouts ? coordinate BOQ for alignment with specifications. ? Experience in CSI and NBS formats. ? Thorough understanding of regional regulatory requirements pertaining to fire & life safety codes, test standards, mock-ups and warranties applicable at a component and assembly level.Heres What Youll Need:About you You will be an experienced Architect & Senior Specification Writer with CSI certification. (10+) years Architecture, Structure, Landscape and Interior Design spec writing experience on landmark projects in the Middle East.
