With a commitment to excellence and innovation, the company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Banking Manager with a particular focus on equity crowdfunding to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities Origination and Execution:Lead the origination and execution of investment banking deals, with a specific focus on equity crowdfunding opportunities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders to source and close deals.Conduct comprehensive due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation of potential investments.Structure, negotiate, and execute transactions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.Equity Crowdfunding:Drive the development and growth of the company’s equity crowdfunding platform.Identify and evaluate innovative business ventures and startups suitable for equity crowdfunding.Work closely with entrepreneurs and startups to prepare compelling investment propositions.Manage the end-to-end equity crowdfunding process, from campaign launch to successful funding and post-investment support.Strategic Advisory:Provide strategic advisory services to clients, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate finance transactions.Offer insights and recommendations based on market trends, regulatory developments, and economic factors.Develop tailored investment strategies that align with clients’ objectives and risk profiles.Team Leadership:Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and resources for successful deal execution.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout all stages of the investment process. Qualifications and Experience: Education:Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional qualifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are highly desirable.Experience:5-8 years of experience in the origination and execution of investment banking deals, with a strong emphasis on equity crowdfunding.Proven track record of successfully leading and closing complex transactions.Deep understanding of the investment banking landscape, particularly within the Middle East region.Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in financial software and tools, including Excel and relevant CRM systems.
