PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Achieve the set monthly personal target.• Ensure accurate and honest maintenance of daily activity report.• Ensure that, on daily basis, the sales agent should make at least 20 phone calls, and visit at least 5 new companies, to assist the Team with reaching the set targets. • There could be a requirement, at customer and business demand, to work irregular hours.• The person’s primary focus should be ‘customer’ and identifying new avenues to ‘get new customers’• Responsible for maintaining a productivity level of not less that 10 primary credit cards. • Adhere to aafaq’s policy with regards to sourcing quality customers, and visiting each customer at his/her workplace.JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Computer literate with proficiency in MS office • University Graduate preferable• UAE Market knowledge.• Previous 1-2 year banking experience in credit cards is required
