We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in coffee preparation and customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional beverage experiences. This role requires a blend of technical skills and interpersonal abilities to provide high-quality service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty teas. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and providing recommendations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment effectively. Maintain a high level of skill in coffee brewing techniques and stay updated on industry trends and new products.
