Must Haves:
• 2+ years of high volume (80+) call center experience, ideally includes some outbound call center experience
• 1+ year remote work experience
• No more than 3mo work gap since last role
• Have been in past positions for 1+ years (do not want candidates who have been in consecutive short contracts)
• Needs to be tech savvy: experience working with technology, computers, software platforms/systems, etc.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• A great communicator – both written and verbal
• Must have good internet connection because remote role
