Description:
Supplier relationship management:
Develop and maintain relationships with companies, rent a car, car dealerships, suppliers, fleet managers, individual sellers etc and source cars from them.
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
Follow up and obtain approvals and complete relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
Auction and bidding management:
Coordinate with the operations team for Lotting & listing of cars
Coordinate with the operations team to plan and execute successful auction events to attract bidders.
During auctions, facilitate bidding processes, manage bidder inquiries, and finalize sales transactions.
Market analysis & pricing strategy:
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and pricing trends in the market.
·Develop pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record achieving sales in the rent-a-car or automotive industry, with a preference for the Automobile Auction domain.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Results-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
Should have experience in outdoor sales
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the rent-a-car industry/Automobile Auction industry, competitor analysis, and market trends is advantageous.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
