We are seeking a results driven IB Manager to join our clients expanding team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth through the management and development of Introducing Broker (IB) relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading CFD broker and participate in the growth of the financial markets. The role would be focused on driving an expansion through IBs, MIBs, PAMMs, Money Managers and Strategy Providers.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers to expand Skilling’s market presence, especially in Asian markets.
-Develop and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with IBs, ensuring effective communication and support.
-Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive business development and increase the number of IB partnerships.
-Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within the financial markets.
-Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of IB relationships and develop strategies for improvement.
-Provide regular reports and insights to the management team regarding IB performance.
-Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to provide IBs with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote the company’s products and services.
-Ensure that all IB activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or the equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field.
-Clear understanding of Digital Marketing Proven experience in Introducing Broker management or business development working at CFD Brokers having a strong IB-focus (min. 3 years).
-Strong technical understanding of CFD trading and financial markets.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-bui
lding skills.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
-Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
Experience: minimum 3 years,
Language: English- Must.
Chinese, Japanese or Korean is an advantage.
