Job Title: Real Estate Agent/ Property Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing property listings (sales)
Assisting clients in buying, and selling properties.
Conducting property/project viewings and market analysis.
Negotiating deals and closing transactions.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including trends, property values, and regulations.
Building and maintaining a strong network of clients and contacts.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate (preferably in Dubai).
RERA certification (mandatory for all real estate agents in Dubai).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Valid AUE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.
Multilingual capabilities (Arabic, English, Russian, etc.) are an advantage.
Compensation:
Competitive Basic Salary + commission + inhouse
