Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Assist visitors with inquiries, providing information about the company, products, or services.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support, such as data entry, doent preparation, and filing.
• Maintain and update employee directories, phone lists, and other relevant information.
