They are collaborative by nature, seeking to embed digital thinking across departments and inspire a culture of innovation throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Digital Vision & Strategy:Craft and oversee the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company’s overarching strategic vision.Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, integrating them into the company’s modus operandi.Team Leadership & Development:Assemble and guide a high-performing digital transformation team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Organize training sessions for wider company personnel, ensuring digital proficiency across the board.Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:Engage with senior leadership, department heads, and external tech partners to champion digital initiatives and gather requisite support.Collaborate closely with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive digital strategy implementation.Operational Digitization:Oversee the digitization of core operational processes, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.Ensure the seamless integration of new digital systems, tools, and platforms into existing infrastructure.Risk Management & Compliance:Identify potential digital risks and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure all digital initiatives and platforms adhere to regulatory standards and best practices.Essential Qualifications & Experience:A Master’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.A minimum of 12 years in the financial sector, with at least 7 years focused on digital transformation and strategy.Demonstrable success in leading significant digital transformation projects within large-scale organizations.Proficiency in contemporary digital tools, platforms, and methodologies.
