Job Summary:
The Human Resource (HR) Associate will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The role is integral in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the HR department and providing administrative support to employees and management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
