Hiring Marketing Manager

Job Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing market research, and driving brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone with strong strategic thinking, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and a desire to lead impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimisation.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of work experience in a marketing role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
