### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Safeguarding to join our team. As a key member of our safeguarding team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.
### Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the protection of our clients
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality safeguarding services, including risk assessments and case management
* Provide training and support to colleagues on safeguarding best practices and procedures
* Work closely with external agencies to ensure effective safeguarding partnerships and referrals
* Contribute to the development of our safeguarding strategy and business plan
