About the Role
Refuge’s work has never been more critical. Our organization has been at the forefront of addressing domestic abuse, which has evolved to include various forms of abuse such as technology-based, economic, coercive control, emotional, and sexual abuse.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization in its mission to provide support and services to those affected by domestic abuse
- Develop and implement strategies to address the complexities of domestic abuse
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements
Applicants should have a strong understanding of the issues surrounding domestic abuse and be able to provide strategic leadership to drive the organization’s mission forward.
