SENSAS DUBAI is looking for a Manager for its center.
Reporting to the manager, your mission will be to launch, run and develop the SENSAS DUBAI center from A to Z. In turn human manager, local marketing and sales manager, budget manager and… great chief animator, you will be the representative of the SENSAS brand in DUBAI, and the guarantor of compliance with our ultra-positive values.
This Manager position is based at ALQUOZ 3 DUBAI.
Job description:
Management (HR) Required to speak English, French and Arabic Recruit and manage a small team composed of an assistant, facilitators
(game masters) and interns. Plan and distribute the tasks of the center in order of
priority, manage the team schedule Ensure the development of each person, training and respect for the
corporate culture Enforce the rules of play, safety and welcoming of participants
Animation Welcome participants with enthusiasm and warmth Brief the teams and then debrief on their experience Guide the teams throughout their sensory journey
Management Monitor and analyze the indicators for monitoring the activity of the center. Propose
actions to improve performance. Participate in cross-functional projects to create and optimize processes (customer service, knowledge sharing with other centers, etc.) Follow up on pending mail, purchase invoices, quotes and payments Manage stocks
Marketing / Communication / Business Development Develop SENSAS’ online presence with customer and prospect communities (Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, Google My Business, etc.) Build partnerships with local stakeholders to effectively promote
SENSAS Prospect and respond to quotes from companies, associations, schools, etc. until
signature Write articles to help the website gain natural SEO on
Google
Required profile:
You hold at least a Bac+2 in management / tourism / sales. Excellent empathy and keen sense of contact First experience in team management Knowledge of social networks Rigorous and organized Ready to invest yourself Even if you are not a pro at numbers, you are not allergic to them Curious, creative and able to learn quickly Autonomous and persevering Finally, the most important: a good mood that is communicative and foolproof! Working hours: The schedules cover a wide period because the center is open from Monday to
Sunday from 9am to 2am The busiest periods are evenings, weekends, public holidays and
school holidays
Contract and availability: 10-hour contract 5/6 days a week 6-month fixed-term contract convertible into a permanent Starting October 1, 2024
Remuneration:
Basic salary: 8000- 10000 aed insurance included
