Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience, specializing in Fullstack Development using Node.js and React. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies and a proven track record of delivering scalable web applications.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
 

Lead the development of highly responsive web applications using React.js on the front-end.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
 

### **Required Skills & Expertise:**
 

10+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Proficient in **Node.js** and **React.js** with a deep understanding of RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of front-end build pipelines and development tools.
Hands-on experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities.
