This position oversees the resolution of guest concerns and facilitates the delivery of quality, clean and safe facilities, amenities, and services.Front Desk Operations Specialist demonstrates the ability to lead a multicultural team is essential, as is solid business acumen and a passion for service. Provides support to the Front Desk colleagues by being present and assisting with daily administrative duties. This role has direct contact with guests and as such, strong communication skills and problem-solving skills are a necessity.Solid training and supervisory skills are essential.
