Job Description
Key Responsibilities:System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of control systems and related hardware/software.Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor system performance and address any issues or malfunctions promptly. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Security & Compliance: Ensure that control systems adhere to security standards and compliance requirements. Implement and manage security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting procedures.Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, IT, and other departments to support integration and operational needs.Training & Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users and other staff on control system usage and best practices.Upgrades & Enhancements: Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements to ensure systems remain current and effective.
