Job Discription
The Facility Admin Receptionist at Fitness Factory plays a crucial role in providing administrative support, exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. They are responsible for various tasks, including administration, customer service, marketing, social media management, financial reporting, and implementing company policies. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude towards working with both customers and colleagues.
Candidate Requirement
Key Result Areas (KRA):
Administration and Customer Service:
Record and maintain data related to services.
Manage booking systems and serve as an information source for all service-related inquiries.
Assist in organizing events and short courses.
Address questions and concerns from customers and prospects, directing them to appropriate contact points for further assistance.
Marketing and Social Media:
Assist in capturing videos of classes and coordinating marketing materials.
Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
Support the team in creating engaging social media content.
Financial Reporting:
Execute necessary financial tasks according to established procedures, including handling cash transactions, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Facility Management:
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned facilities.
Report any damages or issues with equipment promptly.
Implementation of Company Policies and Professional Ethics:
Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
