### Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Estimation and Cost Control Engineer specialized in finishing and interior design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and ensuring financial control to meet project objectives.

### Responsibilities:
– Prepare precise cost estimates for interior design projects.
– Detailing cost breakdown and analysis.
– Provide solutions for cost savings.
– Manage Cost Analsis and provide detailed BoQ.
– Analyze drawings and specifications to determine costs.
– Review bids and provide detailed reports to management.
– Collaborate with design and procurement teams to ensure budget alignment.
– Monitor actual costs and prepare financial reports for projects.

### Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in  estimation and cost control for interior design projects.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
– Proficient in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel).
– Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
