Experience: 1-2 years of experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Prepare job descriptions, update job requirements when needed, advertise vacant positions, reviewing resumes and manage the hiring process.
Participate in the online/ physical interviews for Complementary only.
Issue job offers and contracts for Complementary only.
Coordinate with DSFH medical test appointments for new joiners.
Insure to complete the acknowledgement letter when the employee starts working, and confidentiality letter.
Add/delete insurance for new joiners by sending email on time to DSFH team.
Activate/deactivate the punch system in Head Office.
Organize and Maintain employee’s records.
Prepare documentation for new hires by filing and reviewing HR checklist.
Archiving through ducoware.
Submit related reports to HR Senior Manager each week to track the recruitment vacancies.
Submit related reports to HR Senior Manager each week to track the active and inactive employees.
Onboard new employees and make sure they have all resources needed. Laptop, email, etc.
Request IDs, Business Cards for new employees.
Assisting and coordinating in hotel reservation for employees.
Prepare employees letters when requested.
Provide staff orientations related to HR end of the month for the new joiners.
Coordinate with Marketing team to finalize the welcoming template.
Investigations for juniors.
