Job Description
- Daily Internal Systems operational tasks.
- Provide support during go-live environments including troubleshooting, support, and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the root cause of production issues and develop creative solutions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to the Internal Systems.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Ensure stable and reliable Operation for Internal Systems.
- Administration, Troubleshooting for Management applications.
- Day-to-day performance monitoring.
- Solution documentation for the projects.
- Business Application workflow automation & Orchestration.
