Job Title : Full Time Customer service and sales executive

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Line Manager, the Sales & Customer Support executive will be responsible for ensuring monthly sales targets. They will do so by implementing sales strategies and working closely with the sales manager to develop ideas to drive sales. In addition to new clients, the executive will need to manage and retain existing clients ensuring timely renewals of packages, up-selling and overall client satisfaction with the services. The Sales & Customer Support executive will ensure that they reflect the company’s technology driven ethos and present the strive to provide the best customer service experience to consumers.
