Description:
We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Executive who will be to assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi.
Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, professional networking, and consultancies.
Screen and review resumes, applications, and candidate profiles to assess qualifications and suitability for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client companies, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status and offer guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize the recruitment consultancy’s applicant tracking system to maintain accurate candidate records and manage the recruitment workflow.
Create engaging and compelling job descriptions to attract top talent for client vacancies.
Support the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a seamless transition into their new roles.
Work closely with the consultancy’s team to achieve recruitment targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is beneficial
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory
Accuracy in maintaining candidate records and handling recruitment-related paperwork.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in using online platforms for candidate sourcing.
