– Attend the reception area, answering phone calls, email inquiries etc.
– Maintain and controls doents
– Preparing correspondences, quotations, invoices and receipts
– Provides assistance to Executive staffs
– Manages files and records
– Managing office supplies
– Scheduling appointments
Candidate Requirement
– Female, preferably at least 35 years old
– Filipino nationality
– Knowledgeable in MS office
– Has several years of experience as Secretary; experience as Secretary in a legal firm is an advantage
– Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Has excellent time management skills and be able to multi-task
