EcoFibre Bahrain launched in July 2022, producing eco-friendly biodegradable tableware products. We are a team of dedicated individuals striving towards building a sustainable planet. We are looking for a responsible and talented Company Secretary to provide timely and well-organized secretarial and administrative support to our Directors. You will be working on a one-to-one basis with our Directors in regards to their tasks and projects.
The ideal candidate must be a quick professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities. It is with their diligence and competence in their work that executives can focus on their managerial responsibilities without worrying about other tasks.
Required Work Experience: Min. 5 Years.
Reporting To: Director
Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and efficient secretarial support to the Directors. Act as a key point of contact; manage internal and external enquiries/communication, manage calendars, set up meetings, organize travel arrangements, agendas, minutes etc.
- Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence in a professional manner
- Undertake specific projects as directed, some of which may be complex and confidential. Provide ad-hoc support as required, such as conducting research, gathering data and presenting findings in a timely manner. Produce reports, presentations and briefs as required.
- Taking dictation and writing correspondence on occasion.
- Compiling, proofreading, and revising drafts of documents and reports..
- Proper documentation and filing of all correspondence in e-filing and hard copies on a daily basis.
- Maintain and develop systems, procedures and records (data management + filing) in line with the organization’s policies and objectives.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Adept to working in fast paced workflows and environments
- Maintain high level of confidentiality on sensitive matters and documents
Must-haves:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (Arabic is a plus)
- Outstanding communication, presentation and research skills.
- Excellent competency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, Trello + similar applications.
- Strong familiarity with spreadsheet software (MS Excel and Google Sheets).
- Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
- Ability to work independently in the absence of specific instructions.
- Experience and knowledge of Bahrain’s business laws and regulations across various different governmental branches including, but not limited to: MOIC, SCE, Tamkeen, Export Bahrain and more.
- Ability to communicate with high-level executives at both local and international firms on behalf of the directors.
- You must hold a valid Bahraini driving license and be willing to travel locally on behalf of the directors.
