Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the digital marketing and web development sectors.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve client acquisition goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to drive value.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Present our agency’s services persuasively to potential clients, showcasing our expertise and unique value proposition.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and project management, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of acquiring clients for digital marketing and web development agencies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, web development processes, and related technologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
Adept at building and maintaining client relationships, with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Results-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets and objectives.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate complex client requirements.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to track leads and opportunities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and client preferences.
