Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions while being able to confidently describe to a guest and prepare all beverage items as per the standard recipe
Assess guest?s needs, preferences and make recommendations for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks etc.
Maintain a clean bar area, process payments and ensure correct bar inventory is being carried out when required
Follow HACCP procedure according to company standards
Complete all checklists as required daily, weekly and monthly for the bar
Can place orders for beverage products to the manager or team leader
Arrangement of bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
Maintain a clean, safe and healthy working environment
Work with colleagues to ensure the day to day operation is smooth
Attend training sessions whether internal or external when required
Maintain a positive and professional approach with colleagues and guests
Report any problem or complain related to colleagues or guest to the Outlet in-charge
Be able to work in another area when needed and take part in cross training when directed
Carries out any reasonable instruction / duties as directed
About You:
At least 2 years of experience as Bartender
Bar tendering Skills
Understanding of various bar tendering methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
