Coordinate closely with concerned accreditation bodies to fully understand the accreditation process and collaborate with relevant departments in DDW and DPW to fulfill the requirements.
Collaborate with relevant department to amend the Trade license activity and include the certification activity prior to application.
Accreditation Application submission to relevant bodies.
Participate and contribute to the document review audits.
Amendment and re submission of documents based on Assessor comments.
Assessment based on the assessor availability, closing out the findings after audit and issuance of certificate.
Involve in routine tasks related to maintaining the accreditations.
Follow all above steps for add on accreditations.
Propose future accreditations to be obtained by DDW – conduct necessary research and submit technical and financial proposals to the management.
Contribute as necessary for all accreditation requirements of the Talent Development & Performance Management section.
Qualification & Experience/ Skills
Sound knowledge of EIAC requirements, ISO 9001, ISO 17020, Industry/International Standards.
University degree in any engineering discipline
Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative/regulatory role
Experience in project management systems and accreditation processes.
Good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate complex information in a clear, appropriate and understandable way to a variety of audiences, both internally and externally.
High level of numeracy and literacy with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of and/or interest in education and training delivery.
Respect ideas and expertise of others and appreciates own strengths and weaknesses.
Ability to work on own initiative to solve problems with the ability to take appropriate action without being prompted.
The ability to maintain high standards and prioritise work effectively, judging the relative importance of conflicting demands and to plan actions in order to meet deadlines.

Experience in interpreting, analysing and presenting complex and extensive data for evaluation and monitoring purposes.
Experience of drafting effective written communications to explain complex material.
