Job Description

This role is responsible for the overall leadership of AI & Analytics products in North America. That includes owning the products’ strategy, communications, delivery, and governance. Direct the delivery (developing, deploying, and maintaining) of value-add AI & Analytics products to the DSC NorAm business. This includes strategic planning and overseeing the execution of tactical action items in the identification and definition of use cases, supporting the IT analytics team with R&D, commercialization, industrialization, and deployment of use cases/developed products.

Your manner of working involves leading others directly and indirectly. This includes leading cross-sector and cross-functional teams, providing guidance and direction to team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of AI & Analytics products.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage multiple, intermediate to large projects, with varying complexity to successful results with a minimal level of direction from manager; Manage business stakeholder relationships to drive action and value; Identify, manage, and mitigate project risk

• Analytics Expertise: experience with operational and financial analytics and reporting, including assembling, illustration, insight determination, and presenting of analytics findings.
• Business and Commercial Acumen:knows how business and underlying business model works, knowledgeable of future trends, competition, how strategies/tactics work in the marketplace
• Financial Knowledge:Strong understanding of detailed operational/financial modeling and pricing structures, experience designing valuation tools, ability to recommend strategies for increasing product value
• Interpersonal Savvy:Relates well to all kinds of people, comfortable at all levels, tactful, builds rapport and constructive effective relationships
• Working knowledge of data standardization, relational databases, and analytics tools such as data visualization software, artificial intelligence, etc.
• Experience with database management and data-mining skills, including understanding of SQL
• Experience with programming or coding (Python, Java, VB, etc.), and MS Office

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, required
• 5+ years of relevant experience project management and analytics experience, required
• 12+ years of progressive direct/indirect project leadership experience, required
