Description:
1)Provide legal support and advice and legal action with respect to all corporate legal matters and queries received from various divisions within Our premises
2)Drafting and reviewing litigation letters.
3)Draft, review and negotiate the company’s contractual agreements related to banking, sales, leasing, procurement and contracts, MOUs, LOIs, joint venture/, consultancy and service agreements etc to ensure that the company’s best commercial and contractual position is attained.
4)Responsible for case management and administration, including following up with external counsel and the larger in -house team
Review and asses the case files, case strategy and monitoring progress, followed by coordination and implementation of court judgements
5)Liaise with external parties, government agencies and other competent authorities when required.
The Successful Applicant
• 8+ years of experience in a legal role.
• Experience in Real estate Contracting Background
• Must be able to draft in Arabic and English.
• Strong experience in litigation and dispute resolution is highly desirable.
