Property Manager required

This opportunity is available with a leading Dubai Real Estate company for an experienced property manager to manage and grow its residential and commercial property portfolio.

Responsibilities will include business development to drive the growth of the portfolio as well as the ongoing management of the existing portfolio.

Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market including the related laws and procedures surrounding property management and leasing is essential. Ideal candidates will also have both local and international property management experience.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements
5+ year’s property management experience, local and international experience preferred
In depth knowledge of the Dubai property market
RERA certified
High computer literacy, including property management software/CRM experience. Master key experience an advantage.
Highly motivated and organized with excellent presentation skills
Excellent English, written and spoken.
Agents and management on commission basis
