We are looking for Guest Service Agent to join us at Copthorne Hotel Dubai!
Only those who are locally available in U.A.E will be considered
Requirements:
Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
Sell rooms to walk in guest and be responsible for all proactive and day to day facilities issues
Undertaking front desk service duties such as administering, check in and check outs,
Assigining rooms and taking care of administrative duties
Responsible for Cash inventories, cashing cheques, and bills for exchange in foreign currency for hotel guest in accordance with credit policy
Coordianting with bell service and staff management
Acting as a central source of information for guest during their stay, including general and unique request
Resolving problems and dealing with conflict or tension with disappointed guest
Demonstrate a complete understanding of hotel policies and procedure and service standard
Have full knowledge of hotel facilities and events
The Candidate should have
Exceptional interpersonal skills
At least 1 to 2 years of the same working experience conflict resolution experience
High school diploma or GED
Good communication skills, positive attitude and excellent grooming standards
Ready to join immediately
