Esteemed Design and Supervision Consultant requires Architectural Draftsmen

The draftsmen shall be detail-oriented to join the architectural design team. They will create the technical drawings for different types of projects / buildings and structures from architects’ sketches, incorporating exact measurements and codes.

Architectural draftsmen job description:

Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites. Creating technical drawings from architects’ sketches and specifications.
Advance knowledge at Using AutoCAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects.
Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
Collaborating with architects to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.
Familiar with the local authority submissions at Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

General conditions:

Immediately joining.
Total experience from 7 to 10 years.
Prior experience as an architectural draftsman.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
Adobe Photoshop, Revit, 3d max, Lumion & sketch-up will be advantage.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
