JOB PURPOSETo lead functional testing of multiple products/platforms and provide support in quality control activities in order to ensure defect free applications and services following project plan.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCore ResponsibilityDevelop reusable functions to handle common functionality in test casesHandle testing, system performance, environmental and system troubleshootingPerform systems, integration, performance, and regression in-lab testingAnalyze in-lab testing results and recommend corrective actions accordinglyDevelop test plan for all areas of testing and identify risksMonitor processes to ensure consistent execution, if there are issues with the processes and work with the team to refine and remediate the problem areasFollow-up on projects handover to Traffic Law Enforcement division post solution integrationPlanning and StrategyUnderstand departments Strategical vision and follow the plan and suggest improvements to the plan.People ManagementParticipate in initial screening of fresh college graduates.Budget ManagementProvide effort for the tasks wherever requested to support the budgeting process.OthersExcellent communication skillsProblem solving abilitiesCreative thinking and out of the box approachStrong motivation and driven team playerOpenness to new technologies and approaches
