Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Modeler at CNS Middle East in Dubai. The Architectural Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed architectural models, preparing drawings for construction projects, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring design accuracy and integrity. The role will involve interpreting design concepts, producing accurate 3D models, and contributing to the overall project development process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in architectural modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural drawings
Experience in creating accurate and detailed 3D models
Knowledge of building codes and construction practices
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Previous experience in architectural modeling for construction projects is a plus
