Urgently Hiring the Climbing Wall Coach is responsible for instructing and guiding climbers of all levels, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for both male and female climbers. The coach will conduct training sessions, provide feedback to improve techniques, and ensure safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group coaching sessions for climbers, regardless of gender, from beginner to advanced levels.
Design and implement training plans focused on improving climbers’ techniques, strength, and endurance.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed, teaching best practices in belaying, spotting, and equipment use.
Lead warm-up and cool-down routines tailored to the needs of both male and female climbers.
Oversee climbing sessions, providing guidance and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment.
Participate in route setting and maintenance of the climbing wall.
Perform regular assessments to track climbers’ progress and development.
Ensure all climbers, both male and female, are properly equipped and familiar with climbing gear.
Respond to any emergencies or injuries promptly and professionally.
Foster a welcoming and supportive community for climbers of all genders.
Skills and Qualifications
Certification in climbing instruction is preferred.
Strong knowledge of climbing techniques, with an understanding of the physical differences in training male and female athletes.
Experience in coaching or teaching in a climbing or fitness setting.
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both male and female climbers. And can manage the kids also
Ability to motivate and inspire climbers of all genders and skill levels.
Physically capable of demonstrating proper climbing techniques.
Experience
1-3 years of experience as a climbing coach or instructor.
Experience working with male and female climbers of different abilities.
Work Environment
Indoor climbing gym environment with occasional outdoor activities.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the climbing schedule.
