This is a full-time on-site role for an Indoor Sales Representative. As an Indoor Sales Representative at clay Ark Tiles in Dubai, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with product selection, providing in-depth product knowledge and guidance, processing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining product displays and merchandising in the sales area.

Requirements and Skills

· Proven experience in indoor sales or retail sales, preferably in Dubai (minimum 2 yrs).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries effectively.

· Knowledge of basic computer applications and familiarity with POS systems.

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus.
